Booking inquiries

The booking form collects the information you enter: your name, reply contact, represented group, game or platform, event name, genre, date and timezone, requested set length, optional event links, and optional message.

The website sends that information to DJ Error’s private Discord booking channel. It is used only to review and respond to the inquiry. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information.

Spam protection and technical data

Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals to distinguish people from automated abuse. The server also applies short-lived rate limits using a one-way hash and records only operational outcomes such as accepted, rejected, or delivery failed. Inquiry text is not written to the application log.

Retention and requests

Discord retains delivered inquiries according to the private channel’s moderation and retention practices. Ask DJ Error through the published contact route if you want an inquiry corrected or deleted. The site uses no advertising tracker, newsletter, account system, or payment processor.

This notice should be reviewed whenever the booking workflow or hosting providers change.
